Dakam is a UK-based business and we deliver outdoor saunas, heaters and accessories to addresses across mainland UK.

In-stock saunas: delivered in 10 working days

Everything in our Fast Delivery collection is on the shelf and ready to go. Order today and your sauna is delivered to your garden within 10 working days, with no factory lead time.

Made-to-order saunas

Saunas that are not currently in stock are built to order. Typical lead time is [X–X weeks]; we confirm the expected date when you order and keep you updated along the way.

Heaters and accessories

In-stock heaters, stones, fragrances and accessories are dispatched within [1–2 working days] and usually arrive within [2–3 working days] of dispatch.

Delivery charges

• Outdoor saunas and bundles: [free delivery / £X] to mainland UK. Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted individually; contact us with your postcode before ordering.

What happens on delivery day

Saunas arrive on a pallet or flatbed vehicle. Our courier will call ahead to agree a delivery slot, and you (or someone over 18) will need to be there to accept it. Please make sure there is clear access for a large vehicle and a flat area close to where the sauna will be built.

Delivery is kerbside or driveway unless you have booked our Assembly Service, in which case our team unloads, positions and builds the sauna for you.

Checking your delivery

Please check the packaging on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will put it right.
