At DAKAM, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We understand that there might be situations where you need to return or cancel your order. Below, we outline our Returns & Refunds policy to guide you through the process:

Cancellation of Your Order

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you've made a purchase from us online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods are in their original condition, including the packaging. Please note that the return shipping for the cancelled order is your sole responsibility.

Exceptions: The policy does not apply to products listed as exclusions unless they are faulty, damaged, missing, or not in accordance with the specification.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled, as it's challenging to determine whether any damage occurred during customer assembly or prior to shipment. If you encounter any damage during assembly, please cease assembly and contact us immediately so that we can arrange for replacement parts.

Cancellation Process:

If your order has not been dispatched, please contact us via phone or email to inform us of your wish to cancel.

If you have already received the goods, you can follow the return process as described above. Ensure that you return the goods within 14 days of cancelling your order, with the return shipping cost being your responsibility. If the goods exceed the dimensions accepted by the courier, please contact us to arrange for collection. The deadline is considered met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Alternatively, you can fill out and send us the cancellation form. Print the form, complete the details, and mail it to DAKAM, Unit 11-12 Fison way industrial estate, Thetford, IP24 1HT, within the 14-day cancellation period.

Upon cancelling your order, we will refund the cost of the goods. Please note that we may deduct an amount from the refund to cover any loss in the value of the goods if they have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning. This includes instances where the goods have been used, are missing parts, or where the goods or their packaging have been damaged.

We aim to process your refund without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, after you provide evidence of having sent the goods back to us. If you cancel your order before the goods are dispatched to you, we will process your refund no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notification.

All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. For items purchased online via PayPal and returned to a physical store for a refund, a credit note will be issued.

Please note that your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items are not affected by this policy. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we are here to assist you with any concerns or issues you may have with your purchase.
