We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. 90% of our saunas are delivered within 10 working days, with a maximum delivery time of 20 working days.
At least two days before delivery, we'll contact you to confirm a date and time slot. If the proposed slot doesn't suit, just let us know and we'll arrange the next available one.
Assembly Service
Prefer not to build it yourself?
Our team can deliver and fully assemble your sauna on site, usually within a single day. We handle everything from unloading and positioning to installing the benches and interior, leaving you with a finished sauna ready to enjoy.
IMPORTANT
Heater installation and final electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician and are not included. If you choose a wood-burning heater, installation must be carried out by a HETAS-certified specialist.
